The Undergraduate Catalog includes information about academic policies, standards and administrative requirements, rights and regulations, undergraduate baccalaureate degree requirements, academic programs and resources, admission, tuition and fees and special opportunities. Additional information regarding these and other resources may be obtained through the UMBC Policy website, and other websites including but not limited to the Registrar's Office, Division of Undergraduate Academic Affairs, Division of Student Affairs, Enrollment Management, and the Office for Academic and Pre-Professional Advising.
The purpose of this Catalog is to provide information about the University of Maryland, Baltimore County to persons who work and study at the university; to persons who may be interested in applying for admissions; and to parents, teachers, counselors and the general public.
